The demand for branded shoes has significantly increased in recent years, driven by variables like brand recognition, quality, style, price, and social influence. Companies must know how consumers feel about branded shoes in order to create marketing plans that work and increase customer satisfaction. In order to collect information from a varied sample of customers from a range of age groups, genders, and geographical areas, this research used surveys. Likert-scale questions on factors impacting customers' perceptions, purchasing decisions, brand loyalty, and general satisfaction made up the survey questionnaire. U test, regression, and correlation statistical methods have been applied. The findings provided some important insights into how customers perceive branded shoes.
