Market control strategies for cooperative participation of photovoltaic storage charging stations in peaking auxiliary services
The prospect of adjustable loads participating in the peaking market is promising, given the continuous access to renewable energy sources such as wind power, photovoltaics, and user-side flexible loads. In light of the aforementioned considerations, this paper explores the potential of photovoltaic storage and charging systems (PSCS) to contribute to the peaking strategy of the power auxiliary service market. Firstly, a comprehensive framework is developed, comprising an objective function and constraints, through the establishment of a two-layer model of optical storage and charging cooperative participation in the peaking auxiliary service market. Subsequently, the economic and efficient scheduling of peaking services is achieved by optimizing the overall revenue of optical storage and charging and the cost of electric vehicle users, respectively. Finally, an illustrative example is presented to validate the model in a peaking market in a region of North China, with the participatio n of multiple load aggregators in the peaking situation. The results demonstrate the efficacy of the model and identify the regulatory strategy for the coordinated participation of PSCS in peak shifting. This provides a theoretical and empirical foundation for the participation of multiple types of load aggregators in the peak shifting market.
