Consumer-phase relationship identification based on PCA and DBSCAN algorithms considering the data integrity
With the continuous growth of load demand, the consumer-phase relationship changes frequently, which leads to incorrect the topology information in low-voltage courts due to inefficient checking and untimely updating. The incorrect topology information would affect the management and analysis of line losses. To this end, a consumer-phase relationship identification method based on PCA and DBSCAN Algorithms is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) algorithm is leveraged to extract the main feature of the voltage data. Then, the density-based spatial clustering of application with noise (DBSCAN) algorithm is introduced to identify the phase information of the single-phase users. Finally, some case studies are performed to validate the feasibility of the proposed method.
