Day-ahead and intraday two-stage rolling optimal dispatch considering source-load-storage flexibility adjustment
To address the peak-shaving challenges posed by large-scale grid integration of new energy, this paper proposes a two-stage rolling optimization dispatch model for day-ahead and intraday scheduling, incorporating flexible resources such as source, load, and storage. First, flexible load and energy storage are prioritized for their rapid peak-shaving capabilities, working alongside the deep peak-shaving of thermal power units to minimize the system's peak-valley difference. Second, to handle system uncertainties, the model explores multi-time scale distribution characteristics of resources, enabling coordinated dispatch to balance peaks and valleys while reducing system operating costs. finally, the modified IEEE 39-node system validates the model's effectiveness. Results show that multi-time scale optimization and resource coordination significantly enhance new energy absorption and promote the economic and flexible operation of the power system.
