A reliability evaluation index system for power system in mega-cities
Power supply is related to the overall economic development and social stability, and the power reliability management is the core means of power production operation management and technical management. Under the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals and new power system construction strategy, mega-cities face many pressures in terms of safety and reliability of power grids, and the importance of power system reliability management need to be further played. This article compares Shanghai's power system with Tokyo and Singapore's power system, and the typical characteristics of mega-city's power system is summarized. Then a power system reliability evaluation index system suitable for mega-city is proposed, and a set of practical and feasible index evaluation method is explored.
