Research on value creation in the industrial development of the new type power system: value classification and logical analysis based on grounded theory

The New Type Power System is the country's latest elaboration on the direction of power system transformation and upgrading, and plays an important role in the energy revolution, the two-carbon goal, and the evolution and development of power system. The innovation and value creation of the New Type Power System industry is a systematic innovation project centering on the major propositions of national economic and industrial development such as the modern industrial system, the new energy system, the "double carbon" goal, and the national economic security. This paper focuses on the development of New Type Power System from the perspective of industrial transformation, analyzes and refines the expected target value of New Type Power System, and looks forward to the key direction of the development of New Type Power System industry. Firstly, based on the value theory and rooted theory, this paper constructs the value research framework for the development of New Type Power System industry. Then, based on the views of industry experts, in-depth interviews and surveys are used to carry out term analysis of value creation, and the connotation of value creation is extracted and formed according to rooted theoretical thoughts. Finally, combined with the industrial development logic reflected in the development basis and development value, the intuitive classification reflects the industrial value of the New Type Power System. The research results show that the industrial development under the New Type Power System is to treat the related industries of the New Type Power System as a whole or multiple industrial clusters, which conforms to the general law of industrial development and transformation. From the perspective of value creation, the value concepts of social equity, regional balance, industrial synergy, and economic security are rooted in the development of the New Type Power System and its key areas. In the future, the specific transformation mechanism and value logic of industrial development under the New Type Power System can be further opened, and the industrial input-output efficiency and value creation level of the New Type Power System can be measured and predicted.
