False data injection attack strategy and detection method in hybrid-measurement-based state estimation
The new power system presents the characteristics of high cyber-physical coupling, and the diverse forms of cyberattacks make system security face new challenges. In this paper, an improved false data injection attack (FDIA) strategy is proposed for state estimation services on the basis of hybrid measurements, and a FDIA detection method on the basis of fast measurement conversion is proposed. First, the principle of state estimation based on hybrid measurement is introduced, and the state estimation equations and BDD mechanism under different measurement matrices are constructed. Next, the FDIA strategy for hybrid measurement state estimation is constructed from the perspective of the attacker. SCADA and PMU measurement data are tampered with, and the attack target is to have the lowest attack cost and the highest sparsity. Then, from the perspective of the defender, an FDIA detection method based on fast measurement conversion is proposed, which uses the redundancy characteristics of measurement data with different time resolutions to generate high -resolution node voltage pseudomeasurements to realize FDIA detection. Finally, the attack effects of different attack modes and the detection accuracies of the proposed detection methods are verified in an IEEE 14-bus system.
