Energy-green certificate optimal scheduling of virtual power plants considering uncertainty
As the injection of high percentage of new energy in the new power system will cause a lot of uncertainties to the virtual power plant. Therefore, this paper analyzes and models the mechanism of virtual power plant participating in energy-green certificate trading with wind and PV uncertainties. Firstly, the scenario generation method is used to reduce the output fluctuation of new energy units; secondly, the optimal scheduling is carried out with the objective function of minimizing th e total operating cost of the virtual power plant, and the optimal scheduling model of the virtual power plant is established u nder typical scenarios. Finally, the virtual power plant is analyzed in terms of green certificate trading, and the effect of rene wable energy utilization is compared. Example analysis shows that the proposed model can effectively improve the utilization rate o f new energy, thus increasing the revenue of VPP.
