Self-healing topology reconfiguration method of smart distribution network based on multi-objective optimization algorithm
This paper proposes an optimized cyber topology reconfiguration method to address communication faults in smart distribution networks. Firstly, the general hierarchical control framework for small-scale distributed networks, including primary, secondary, and tertiary control is introduced. Secondly, the impact of communication faults during secondary control information exchange in non-ideal communication networks is studied. To mitigate the effects of communication faults, an optimal cyber topology reconfiguration method is proposed. The proposed method considers two key indicators: communication cost and convergence speed. The optimization problem is formulated as a Mixed-Integer Semi-Definite Programming (MISDP) problem. Finally, time-domain simulations are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
