Design and optimization of a high efficiency energy router
The topology combination of totem pole PFC cascaded LLC resonant converter is widely used in bidirectional DC -AC power conversion scenarios. However, with the continuous development of clean energy sources in recent years, the concept of energy router has been proposed, and there is an urgent need for an efficiency optimization scheme for this topology. In this paper, a small bidirectional energy router is designed and optimized in terms of its modulation and magnetic component design. Finally, a 500W DC-AC bidirectional converter with 32-62V DC input and 198-242V AC output is designed, which can achieve the power density of 12.7W/in3and 96.8% efficiency of the double stage.
