Research on the monthly power purchase strategy of offshore oilfield platform
After the shore power is connected, the offshore oilfield platform group needs to submit the time-of-use power consumption curve to the power grid company every month for power purchase. Considering the peak-to-valley electricity price characteristics of shore power, the assessment of power deviation, the power generation cost and heat load of the gas turbine of the offshore oil platform group, the wind power generation capacity and its fluctuation, and the time-shift response characteristics of the load, the decision-making optimization model of the pre-month time-of-use power purchase curve of the platform group was constructed. The example verifies the effectiveness of the model based on the actual system, and shows that the power supply cost can be reduced by about 13% by effectively deploying the internal gas unit and the load accordingly, which is a significant benefit.
