Optimization strategy of power distribution of hybrid energy storage system based on double-layer fuzzy control
New energy power generation and power grid energy storage technology have attracted much attention worldwide. In order to utilize wind power efficiently and smooth out wind power fluctuations, the power allocation, coordinated control and parameter optimization considering the State of Charge (SOC) of the Hybrid Energy Storage System (HESS) are studied and a double layer fuzzy control theory for HESS is proposed based on fuzzy control theory. By reasonably constructing the operation status index of the HESS and considering the energy storage SOC and power fluctuation calming effect of energy storage, the fuzzy control strategy of optimizing HESS power allocation is verified by simulation. The energy storage system control strategy proposed in this paper can complete the wind power fluctuation and at the same time improve the output capacity of energy storage system, can in the reasonable distribution of different types of energy storage power HESS while ensure the energy storage SOC maintained within a reasonable range, in the wind power fluctuation and energy storage SOC optimization two aspects have achieved good results.
