Fuzzy post-evaluation on the power grid investment projects based on data-driven combinative weightings
Distribution network project investment is significant in scale and requires high safety and reliability, so it is essential to study and establish a post-evaluation index system. The system is suitable for multiple projects and can improve the quality of work as well as the scientific level of investment decision-making. The existing post-project evaluation methods have shortcomings, such as the subjective weighting method being easily affected by expert subjective factors, lack of data support, and the objective weighting method having high data requirements. Both of them have difficulty handling the ambiguity of indexes and meeting the complex evaluation requirements. Therefore, a fuzzy evaluation model is proposed. The model of power grid operation project indicators is based on data-driven combinative weightings. Firstly, the data-driven combinative weighting methods are introduced, including the objectively weighted coefficient of variation and subjectively weighted order relationship analysis methods and their combination calculations. Secondly, the multi-layer fuzzy evaluation technology is expounded, and the project evaluation results are obtained. The method is verified on the marketing equipment and facilities maintenance project of State Grid X City Power Supply Company, proving the model's validity and superiority in power grid project evaluation.
