Day-ahead optimization of user-side energy storage clusters for multi-scenario regulation requirements
With the continuous development of the electricity market, user-side energy storage can be aggregated into clusters to participate in the electricity energy market and ancillary service market. To cope with the price uncertainty of renewable energy and the electricity market faced by energy storage cluster operation, this paper proposes a day-ahead optimization method for user-side energy storage clusters considering flexibility adjustment margin. Firstly, a joint chance constraint for the regulation margin of energy storage clusters under multi-scenario regulation requirements is proposed to ensure the responsiveness of power dispatching. Then, a joint chance constraint transformation method based on risk sharing is proposed, which uses the power deviation to measure the risk of energy storage operation and reasonably allocates the regulation margin of each energy storage within the cluster. Next, a day-ahead optimal dispatching model for user-side energy storage clusters considering multi-scenario uncertainties is constructed. Finally, a day-ahead scheduling simulation of a user-side energy storage cluster in Zhejiang province is carried out. The results show that the proposed adjustment margin reservation method can improve the renewable energy consumption capacity and enhance the stability of internal energy storage operations under multi-scenario regulation requirements.
