THE IMPACT OF HUMAN RESOURCE PLANNING ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE
The strategic business objectives of an organization are directly connected with the human business capital planning (HRP) process which is a necessary condition to satisfy changes occurring in an organizational environment. Organizations can fulfil this aim by foreseeing staffing requirements, developing skills pipeline, and implementation of HR strategies to a great extent. Effective HRP links the occurrence of workforce competency with the implementation of long-term goals which are in turn the sources of productivity, innovation, and resilience. The importance of HRM is thus evidenced by the fact that organizations that exhibit best HRM practices generally perform better than those which do not, thus affirming its relevance to modern business management. In addition to much assisting in de-risking the workforce, HRP would go a long way toward contributing to the entire business continuity. A properly coordinated HRP system increasingly yields economical resource utilization as well as improved job satisfaction among the employees.
