IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRINCIPLES OF PARTNERSHIP PEDAGOGY IN THE CONTEXT OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NEW UKRAINIAN SCHOOL (Based on the Pedagogical Views of Ivan Ohiienko)
The article examines the implementation of the principles of partnership pedagogy in the conditions of the implementation of the New Ukrainian School (based on the pedagogical views of Ivan Ohienko), which has been implemented in the educational space of Ukraine since 2016, which directs the vector to create an atmosphere of trust and peace in the classroom, to child-centeredness, humanism in education and respect for each of its participants and their equality. The study raised the issue of pedagogical partnership as a system (where we can single out individual elements that are connected by a common goal, and in their interaction each element develops separately), which is essentially a pedagogical activity, therefore it has such structural elements of the system as : motive, purpose, subject, object, content, means, methods and result. The goal of the pedagogical partnership (considered as the intended result of interaction) is the development of the student's personality as a subject of life, learning, and professional growth; and the result is a manifestation of initiative, responsibility, awareness and creativity of the student. The article analyzes the subjectivity of interaction in the school system in the context of pedagogy and found that the understanding of two-subject interaction is traditional: teacher - student, and with the emergence of the NUS Concept, we see the development of three-subjectivity of this interaction. It is in subject-subject relations that mutual personal growth of each participant in the educational process takes place.
