Efficient and Secure Certificateless Fully Anonymous with Conditional Privacy-Preserving Identity Authentication Scheme for IoMT
In recent years, due to the rapid development of information technology and network technology, the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) has gradually become an essential component of modern healthcare systems. Telecare medical information system (TMIS) is one of the core applications of IoMT, providing an online communication method for patients and doctors in different locations, enabling real-time sharing and transmission of medical electronic information. However, medical data transmitted through public communication channels may be vulnerable to security attacks and privacy threats. In order to safeguard patient privacy and prevent tampering with medical information, this paper proposes a certificateless fully anonymous conditional privacy-preserving authentication (CPPA) scheme. Our scheme avoids the complex certificate management problem from public-key infrastructure and key escrow problem from an identity-based framework. We have compared our scheme with some other proposed schemes, and the results show that our scheme is relatively more efficient and secure. Therefore, our proposed scheme will make TMIS more secure, reliable and practical.
