Security of Electric Vehicles: A Brief Survey

Electric vehicles (EVs) are quickly becoming a critical part of the global transportation system. While they offer many benefits, they also introduce various cybersecurity risks that must be addressed. This paper examines the security challenges associated with EVs, charging infrastructure, and communication protocols. It reviews the existing literature, analyzes potential threats, and discusses possible countermeasures to ensure the safe and reliable operation of EVs and their integration into the smart grid.
