Design of Low Noise Amplifier with Improved Impedance Matching Network
Low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) are important in receivers due to the fact they are able to amplify signal without adding noise. The noise coefficient will limit the sensitivity of the receiver. Decreasing noise is critical for preserving high receiver sensitivity and enhancing the sign-to-noise ratio (SNR) for detection and processing. Power Amplifiers are needed to growth the energy and decreases noise of the input. However, amplifiers additionally introduce some extra noise. LNAs gain this by way of using unique substances, methods, and electric layout to decrease brought noise for the duration of amplification. The principle purpose of this article is to design and simulate excessive-benefit, low-noise LNA circuits using GaAs FET transistors. The LNA circuit design turned into simulated the usage of the superior layout system (ADS tool). The single - stage LNA circuit has been efficaciously applied with 11.97dB forward gain 0.7dB, noise figure and good stability at 2.6GHz frequency.
