A Survey on Cyber Threat Predictive Analysis in Cyber Supply Chain Security
The primary objective of this work is to find out a methodology for cyber security which has become a major concern in cyber networks due to the targeted attacks in the network environments. This survey aims to effectively detect and classify cyber-attacks within network environments, providing robust protection against various types of intrusions. To identify and respond to the security breaches in the network, intrusion detection systems play a key role. The existing traditional methods have drawbacks such as high false rates, less accuracy and limited adaptability. Research has started to use advanced optimization algorithms and machine learning techniques to tackle the existing problems. This work discusses in detail the approaches to solving the problem and gives a comprehensive overview of the advantages and disadvantages. Lastly, this work analyses an approach that includes the usage of advanced optimization algorithms to overcome the existing problems in the system.
