Bridging the Gap: Enhancing Voter Confidence in EVMs through Stream lit-powered Interfaces
The use of EVM and its accuracy and speed have changed the election procedures in India. But the question of impersonation in casting votes is also a cause for worry and distrust among EVM-skeptics, especially from rural or left-wing extremism (LWE)-affected areas. The research looks into integrating the Streamlit framework for EVMs to enhance interfaces that will increase voters' trust and make them visible and engaging. Using Streamlit' ability to make the Python code interactive, we suggest a novel solution that makes it easier to interact with EVM interfaces that provide real-time feedback and encourage voter verification via Aadhaar and phone number linkage. After the election, our system verifies commitments to voters by sending verification messages. Adam encryption takes a user-centric design and iterative development approach to solve the complex electoral technology-voter impersonation dilemma in order to foster transparency and trust in our democracy.
