Signal Modulation Recognition Method for Underwater Acoustic Communication Based on SVD-EfficientNet

To solve the problem that the signal modulation recognition of non-cooperative underwater acoustic communication is difficult due to the multipath effect and environmental noise in-terference of underwater acoustic channels, a recognition method covering BPSK, QPSK, 2FSK and 4FSK was proposed by combining SVD and EfficientNet network model. This method does not require any prior information, and can effectively solve the probl-em of non-cooperative underwater acoustic communication sign-al modulation recognition caused by multi-path effect and enviro-nmental noise interference, and improve the signal recognition accuracy. The simulation results show that the recognition accuracy rate of signal modulation is <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\geqslant 95\%$</tex> under the receiving SNR of 6dB, and the method still has high accuracy recognition ability under different channel environment conditions.
