Research on the Data Interpretation Model of Optical Fiber Profile Logging DTS
Fiber optic cables have the advantages of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and high accuracy in measuring temperature DTS data. They are widely used in profile logging in complex well conditions. By studying the thermal radiation, convection, and conduction characteristics of fluids in the production wellbore, a fiber optic profile logging DTS data interpretation model was established based on the temperature data of fiber optic profile logging DTS, combined with the Joule Thomson effect in the wellbore, the law of conservation of mass and energy in the wellbore, and the influencing factors of thermal conduction in the wellbore. By verifying the fluid data of the injection layer in the production wellbore through actual measurement data, this model can accurately calculate the flow rate values of each phase in the production wellbore, and its interpretation results are consistent with the actual production situation, meeting the needs of production practice.
