Research on Knowledge Creation of Large Language Models Based on the SECI Model
With the rise of large language models, researchers have extensively explored their characteristics. This paper aims to integrate Large Language Models with the SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) knowledge creation theory. Based on the SECI theoretical framework, a comprehensive analysis is conducted on the knowledge creation and transformation process of Large Language Models across various stages, from pre-training to knowledge generation. By leveraging the language generation capabilities of Large Language Models, this study seeks to facilitate the flow, transformation, and innovation of knowledge both within and outside organizations, thereby advancing the field of knowledge management.
