UniVerse: A Comprehensive solution to college events management

UniVerse is a smartphone application specifically created to streamline the organisation of college activities by replacing traditional paper-based procedures. The Universe app is a comprehensive solution designed to meet all the requirements of both students and event organizers, enabling them to swiftly and seamlessly host and manage events. The application enables students to monitor their co-curricular and extra-curricular endeavours, enrol in events, and earn the necessary points for their academic degrees. Additionally, it streamlines the process of generating certificates and enhances the efficiency of communication between event organisers and participants. The app is built using Flutter and Django, providing safe data management and effortless deployment on Azure. The objective is to optimise event organisation, minimise ecological footprint, and improve student involvement by utilising a user-friendly digital platform. The app's usefulness extends beyond the realm of higher education to corporate training programs, training centers, and any other location where event management is a laborious ordeal for the organizers.
