Single-Input Voltage Mode and Transconductance Mode Integrator Using DDCCTA and Grounded Passive Elements

A new integrator circuit is proposed in this paper. The proposed circuit employs one Differential Difference Current Conveyor Transconductance Amplifier (DDCCTA) along with one capacitor and two resistors. All the passive components are connected to the ground. The grounded passive components are important for the integrated circuit point of view. The proposed integrator operates in two modes simultaneously, one is voltage mode and other is transconductance mode. The time constant and gain of the proposed circuit can be altered by varying the values of passive components (resistance and capacitance) for voltage mode. Both these parameters (time constant and gain) can be modified electronically by changing the value bias current for the transconductance mode. The component matching condition is not required for the proposed integrator. The performance verification is done using 180 nm TSMC CMOS technology parameters in LT spice.
