Enhancing Energy Resilience in Self-Configurable Geo-Replicated Cloud Storage Through Green Data Centers
A broad-based revolution in cloud storage has been sparked by the world's increasing dependence on digital data. Geographically replicated cloud storage is a strategy that transcends conventional storage paradigms. It entails spreading data among several widely separated data centres in order to provide high availability, disaster recovery, and data resilience. This methodology protects data against disruptions resulting from hardware malfunctions or unanticipated events, rendering it an invaluable resource for enterprises wanting continuous access to their critical information. The advancement of cloud storage requires a self-configurated framework that can easily adapt to workloads and circumstances. Cloud storage systems can automatically adjust themselves leading to utilization of resources and improved system performance. In today's world, with all the issues we face it's really important for technology solutions to be mindful of their impact, on the planet. Energy efficiency has become a priority when it comes to replicated cloud storage. The data centres employed in this system are the 3 ones invested by the company BULK namely Oslo International Exchange, The N01 Campus and the DK01 and their latency report in Europe.
