Research on the Rapid Processing and Three-Dimensional Reconstruction Technology of Special-Shaped Component Surface Data
This study proposes an efficient three-dimensional surface reconstruction method aimed at improving the accuracy and speed of reconstructing irregular components. First, the Moving Least Squares (MLS) algorithm is used for denoising, reducing the impact of noise. Next, a curvature-based downsampling strategy is applied to retain the point cloud in regions with rich details while reducing the number of points in flatter areas to improve efficiency. Finally, the AFSR algorithm is used to triangulate the processed point cloud and generate a high-quality 3D mesh. Experimental results demonstrate that this method significantly enhances the reconstruction quality of irregular components.
