Portable Photo Modelling Workflow Based on Cloud Computing Technology

With the increasing demand for convenient capture and 3D modeling, this paper provides an in-depth discussion on the portable photo modeling workflow based on cloud computing technology, aiming to solve the problem of complexity and high cost of traditional modeling methods and achieve efficient and convenient 3D modeling. The study designs an optimized modelling scheme by combining a new modelling application with advanced algorithms and cloud computing capabilities with portable devices such as smartphones and low-cost electric turntables. The scheme significantly reduces the reliance on specialised equipment and complex operations, while dramatically improving modelling accuracy and efficiency. Experiments show that the method produces 3D models of excellent quality and rich detail under simulated everyday scenarios of ordinary users, providing a reliable solution for high-quality modelling in everyday environments. This study is of great significance in promoting the mass application of photo modelling technology.
