Laser Spots Array Detection for Structured-Light Endoscope
In the industrial field, endoscopes are widely used in various detection and measurement tasks, among which laser array structured light endoscopes are key tools, particularly suitable for precision detection and high-precision measurement of complex structures to ensure quality control and troubleshooting in the production process. This study proposes a technique for detecting and identifying spots in structured light arrays during operation. This technology can utilize epipolar information to achieve sub-pixel level positioning, spot array sorting, and comprehensive evaluation of spot quality by calculating five indicators of clarity, relative brightness, information entropy, Gaussian fitting positioning center deviation, and Gaussian ellipse distribution variance of EWM and topsis in working conditions. This technology aims to comprehensively improve the detection efficiency and positioning accuracy of structured light cameras, not only enhancing the camera's positioning capability, but also significantly improving the accuracy and reliability of measurements, ensuring stable and efficient execution of precision detection tasks in complex industrial environments.
