Systematic Literature Review: The Impact of Leadership in TVET Institution in the 21st Century

This systematic literature review (SLR) is to explore the impact of leadership on teachers in the 21st century in TVET.This study aims to identify the main problems faced in the leadership sector in TVET and understand the challenges faced by students.This study uses a rigorous methodology by analyzing various scientific articles and publications starting from 2015-2024 to gather a comprehensive view.Through this analysis, the exposure of various challenges faced in TVET institutions in adapting to technological advances and meeting the demands of the rapidly changing job market.These findings have contributed to the understanding of the current state of leadership in TVET in Malaysia as well as providing valuable insights for policy makers, educators and stakeholders.By addressing these issues and challenges, it can improve the quality of understanding in TVET leadership and management, which will ultimately benefit students and the nation's workforce.
