The Impact of Sarcopenia on Early Postoperative Complications in Patients Undergoing Decortication due to Empyema: A Retrospective Study in Turkey
In patients who underwent thoracotomy for empyema, sarcopenia independently increases the risk of postoperative pneumonia and surgical site infections.
