Traumatic injuries are classified as injuries induced by internal or external factors that have the potential to negatively impact a patient's quality of life. Various facial structures are compromised by traumatic injuries. Depending on the intensity of the trauma, many injuries can occur. Treating traumatic dental injuries is often laborious. The comprehensive treatment of traumatic injuries has been recommended to involve a variety of management strategies. One of the most used techniques for treating traumatized teeth is splinting. It is used to stabilize and reposition the teeth. The purpose of this case series is to present the management of traumatic anterior teeth injuries in children using composite wire splints. Two cases have been included in this case series. In conclusion, tooth mobility is diminished followed by composite wire splinting which reduces occlusal distress, and the teeth remained vital without any signs of pulpal necrosis.
