AUGMENTED SUBJECT: STATING THE PROBLEM

The article considers the problem of transformation of subjectivity under the formation of the digital environment of human activity. The purpose of the study is to identify the direction of development of subjectivity in the digital communication environment. The methodological basis of the study is the systemic and structural-functional approaches. In theoretical terms, the author relies on the studies of the features of development of complex self-organising systems in the works of V. S. Stepin, V. I. Arshinov, V. G. Budanov, studies of the subject and rationality in the works of V. A. Lektorsky, D. I. Dubrovsky. The novelty of the study consists in substantiating the expediency of introducing the concept of “augmented subject”. As a result of the study, the author reveals the determination of the transformation of subjectivity by the patterns of development of complex self- organising human-dimensional systems of the information society. It is concluded that at this stage of development of the digital society it is inappropriate to endow the emerging artificial intelligent technological tools of cognition with subjectivity, which complement the activity of the cognitive subject.

G. The novelty of the study consists in substantiating the expediency of introducing the concept of “augmented subject”. As a result of the study, the author reveals the determination of the transformation of subjectivity by the patterns of development of complex self- organising human-dimensional systems of the information society.
