Nanotransfer Printing for Synthesis of Vertically Aligned Carbon Nanotubes with Enhanced Atomic Penetration (Adv. Funct. Mater. 42/2024)

Vertically Aligned Carbon Nanotubes In article number 2315028, Jun-Ho Jeong, Sanha Kim, Inkyu Park, and co-workers introduce a new method for fabricating vertically aligned carbon nanotubes that can be arranged in nanopatterns for improved atomic penetration. The developed nanopatterned vertically aligned carbon nanotubes improve the quality of atomic layer deposition and physical catalyst deposition due to their superior atomic penetrability, contributing to improved mechanical properties and enhanced gas sensor properties.

Abstract

Vertically Aligned Carbon Nanotubes In article number 2315028, Jun-Ho Jeong, Sanha Kim, Inkyu Park, and co-workers introduce a new method for fabricating vertically aligned carbon nanotubes that can be arranged in nanopatterns for improved atomic penetration. The developed nanopatterned vertically aligned carbon nanotubes improve the quality of atomic layer deposition and physical catalyst deposition due to their superior atomic penetrability, contributing to improved mechanical properties and enhanced gas sensor properties.
