About the Formation of High-Energy Electrons on Fractals from Aluminum Nanodrops on Polymer Threads
The article describes the possibility of low-field electron emission and the formation ofplasma over a polymer thread, consisting of benzene rings of carbon, with irregular chains of nanoislands in the form of aluminum nanodrops and the formation of a surface highly conductive state, which, with a thread length of 30...50 m, can be a source of high-energy seed fast electrons to implement breakdown on runaway electrons with a cone propagation wave front.
