Texts created abroad (our scientific group agreed on describing these as “Intercultural-migration writing”), are important quantitative and qualitative components of the new ‘’ Weltliteratur”. Renewed functions of modern imagology, created by today’s migration-globalisation challenges, have become especially relevant to these texts. The imagological discourse of these writings considers the main problem conflict or convergence between local/national and global/interkultural constructions of identity, identity alternatives. In this article, we will discuss in particular: Soso Meshveliani’s prose collection-works written in Spain (2011-2022). Gabriel Tanie’s (Ioseb Gachava) “Reading for the Angels”, written in Czech (2021).
