Sacrifício e medo: uma leitura de Hobbes a partir da chave hermenêutica de Freud quanto a origem a comunidade
The text presented seeks to contrast the rationality of the social contract with totemic mythology and the drive of fear, revealing a scenario underlying political and legal science built from the irrational. The living condition in the human species exhorts civility from the fear of death, in the most naked and raw animal condition, while the figure of a sovereign who brings together collective power has its genesis in parricide, at the same time that, allowing the emergence of politics, tyranny in sacrifice dooms to death. And with these engines, which, in the text, chronologically presents sacrifice as the predecessor of fear, the codification and systematization of law develops, always guided by political decisions, while also maintaining, at the core, the myth and the drive. Certainly, the functioning of the political-legal machine is done through exception to reason, because it is through the stimulation of fear that precepts are fulfilled, avoiding sanctions, generating too much pulverization of norms to control the living bodies of “citizens”
