Rural family holding: necessary analysis
Asset and succession planning is an alternative for perpetuating rural family businesses. One of the planning alternatives is the constitution of a company called Family Holding, which aims to preserve the patrimonial unit, preventing the heirs from dissolving it. Thus, the present study seeks to combine studies of hereditary succession through the institution of holding companies as one of the ways to organize succession, considering that, when not organized, it poses risks to the continuity of family rural enterprises.
