Sophisticated testing technology for thermal protection of local structures in interference zone
In order to simulate the complex aerodynamic heating environment in the local interference zone of an aircraft, this paper establishes a sophisticated experimental simulation technology for the interference zone based on the arc heating flat plate free jet test technology. A water-cooled interference device is installed locally on the flat plate model, leaving a certain gap between the interference device and the flat plate model, therefore a strip-shaped local interference flow thermal environment is established. Experimental research has found that a diagonal shock wave is formed near the interference block, and the heat flux inside the diagonal shock wave is relatively large, similar to the results obtained from numerical simulations. The larger the angle of the interference block within a certain range, the greater the interference ratio, which can simulate the heating situation of aircraft with a large gradient of local thermal environment distribution in a more realistic way.
