Study on the Curing Performance of Solvent-Free Dealcoholization RTV with Different Crosslinking Agents

Abstract This article investigates the effect of different types of crosslinking agents on the curing performance of solvent-free dealcoholization RTV. The changes in the surface microstructure of solvent-free dealcoholized RTVs were investigated using scanning electron microscopy with vinyltrimethoxysilane, tetramethoxysilane, and hyperbranched crosslinking agents. The effects of the types and amounts of these three crosslinking agents on the mechanical and electrical properties of solvent-free dealcoholization RTV samples were also studied. When using a hyperbranched crosslinking agent with a content of 5 parts, its curing performance is good and it also has excellent comprehensive performance. In actual adhesive production, the dosage should be adjusted according to factors such as the filler system.
