AI-Driven Blockchain Consensus for Efficient Node Selection in Cluster-Based Vehicular Networks

In the context of blockchain technology, it Is crucial to address the issue of low stability among consensus nodes alongside performance and security. To mitigate the adverse effects of unstable nodes, we introduce a novel approach that leverages an intelligent algorithm to optimize the selection of Mobile Consensus Nodes (MCNs) based on various factors, including a metric we term Node Stability (SoN). Our findings indicate that the proposed protocol significantly decreases the average number of messages transmitted by 33.9%, while enhancing both the status and solidity of the average consensus node by 6.8% and 17.5%, respectively.
