Evaluating the Impact of Federated Learning and Blockchain Integration on Work-from-Home Efficiency and Work-Life Balance in Information Technology

The current development in the IT sector is revolutionized by remote work that emphasizes the importance of safe collaboration processes. It aims to establish how federated learning (FL) and blockchain systems can overcome data privacy and work-from-home (WFH) productivity limitations. In the decentralized FL model incorporating a blockchain validation approach, the data will remain intact and communicate a minimal overhead. Key findings include a highly enhanced model performance with a success rate of 88.3 % the time taken for training with 44 minutes only, and a work-life balance score of 8.5 higher than previous WFH frameworks. The blockchain integration provided 99.8% data security and little impact on latency and power to authenticate model updates across nodes. These outcomes confirm that FL can enhance the FL and blockchain integration in remote IT structures while motivating employee performance and reducing stress levels. The proposed framework establishes a sound solution for the security and effectiveness of WFH operations regarding productivity and privacy while being portable for different organizational perspectives.
