Abstract The complexity of current times has forced the methods of generating knowledge to evolve, in some cases the methodological evolution is not enough to provide answers to the questions of the moment, finding itself in the imperative need to create new mechanisms to satisfy the dynamics of everyday phenomena such as in this case Management or Management, this social science, until a few years ago was applied successfully using Interdisciplinarity, nowadays it is becoming necessary to go beyond or through the disciplines, then emerges as a result, transdisciplinarity and with this the Neuromanager or Neuromanagement, which is nothing more than the application of neuroscience to organizational management, in that same sense, epistemology has adapted to this transdisciplinarity, giving rise to a holistic process of generating knowledge.
