Investigation on the evaluation methodology for accelerated endurance testing of fuel cell tractor in proving ground
This article studies the durability test method for constructing fuel cell vehicle structures in special test sites to achieve rapid durability and reliability evaluation of key components. Firstly, taking fuel cell tractors as the research object, a comprehensive road surface collection and analysis scheme was designed by collecting actual load spectrum data of typical social road surfaces. Combined with pseudo damage analysis, the failure modes of key components were correlated with actual usage conditions. Secondly, the rainflow counting method was used to perform statistical analysis on the load spectrum, and a "user association" model containing load distribution characteristics was constructed to transform the complex load conditions of real road conditions into the acceleration test requirements of the test site. Finally, an efficient experimental field acceleration test plan was designed and validated, providing technical support and methodological guidance for meeting the market demand of fuel cell tractors and evaluating the durability of their key components.
