Analysis of vibration characteristics of power module raft
Floating raft is a typical vibration-reducing structure, which is widely used in the field of ships. Aiming at the vibration reduction requirements of power modules of motor, shafting and other equipment, this paper presents a plate-frame raft structure scheme, and analyzes the influence of plate thickness of different components on the vibration characteristics of raft by finite element method, and identifies the main modes of raft structure based on mass normalization method. The analysis shows that the thickness variation of upper panel, lower panel, longitudinal bone and rib plate of raft structure has complex influence on the principal modal characteristics of raft frame in different directions, and the influence law on the principal modal frequency in different directions is different. With the change of construction thickness, the principal mode of raft frame structure may suddenly change.
