Design and analysis of heavy duty six degree of freedom mechanism zero-position centering locking device
In order to ensure the anti-overload capability of the launch section of the multi-degree of freedom mechanism and solve the repeated high-stiffness locking function of the moving platform and the high-precision positioning zero-seeking function, based on the positioning locking device that is required to carry 65Kg heavy load and resist 30G over-load, the XYZ three-way over-load is decomposed into two aspects. Through the cone of the high-stiffness structure, the overload in XY direction is carried. After being in place, three groups of locking devices were designed to be distributed among six groups of driving branches to carry Z-direction overload and realize precise position adjustment of the moving platform. The dynamics of the locking device was preliminarily verified by ADAMS, and finally, the results of finite element simulation modal and static analysis showed that the design could realize the high-precision positioning and locking function of small space and heavy loads. The locking scheme of this configuration provides a reference for light and small locking schemes of multi-DOF mechanisms.
