Design and optimization of new energy vehicle battery and expansion detection sensors
This paper innovates a new way to detect the safety performance of the battery by detecting the small deformation expansion, but it finds the problem of uneven displacement through simulation. In order to solve the problem of measurement inhomogeneity, this paper optimizes the measurement effect by making a pressure reducing hole at the bottom of the device structure, and focuses on the influence of the hole depth on the measurement results of the sensor. Through 3D modeling and mechanical analysis, it was found that the inner circle variable was reduced by 63.4% and the inner circle variable by 39.2%. Scheme 3 is the best scheme.
