A study on noise measurement and simulation of a 500 kV substation
Noise measurement and simulation of a 500 kV substation is conducted. The noise of substation boundary and sensitive buildings is measured, identifying the measurement points that do not meet the requirement of national standard. The simulation of substation noise is conducted, clarifying the noise distribution of the substation. It can be seen that the noise of sensitive buildings mainly comes from transformers by the identification of sound sources. The noise emission of transformers at the substation boundary and sensitive buildings is measured based on coherent power.
