Effect of decompression hole depth-to-width ratio on stress inhomogeneity of force transducers
The force sensor used in the process of power battery monitoring has been the problem of insufficient accuracy, resulting in many battery failures can not be detected in time, this study found that the design of decompression holes in the base of the expansion detection sensor for new energy vehicle batteries can effectively reduce the non-uniformity of stress distribution of the workpiece, this study through the simulation software in-depth study of the decompression holes depth-to-width ratio and the relationship between the non-uniformity of stress distribution of the workpiece. When the ratio of depth to width is 2, the stress non-uniformity in the internal area of the base is the smallest; when the ratio of depth to width is 1/3, the stress distribution non-uniformity in the external area is the smallest. In industrial production, according to the actual need to choose the depth and width ratio of decompression holes can meet the demand.
